a) Administrative and judicial defenses in claims, individual or collective, that relate to the application of labor standards;
b) Follow-up and advice on collective bargaining.

ESG

a) Analysis of situations that may characterize irregularities in the hiring of labor;
b) Investigation by carrying out an internal investigation to verify episodes that are characterized as any kind of harassment;
c) Lectures and training to raise workers’ awareness of aspects of the ESG culture.

ADVISORY

a) Assistance in labor audits;
b) Advice and consultancy for practical routines in People Management;
c) Elaboration of opinions and legal opinions on themes related to Labor Law;
d) Support in union negotiations;
e) Assistance in the implementation and validation of practices related to medicine and occupational safety (PCMSO, ASO, PGR, LTCAT, PPP, NR’s);
f) Support in obtaining the necessary data for transmission to eSocial.
